Chilitos Mexican Grill first opened their doors on February 1, 2006 in Riverside, California. The Aispuro family, Juan, Maria, and their children, Juan Jr, Eduardo, and Jessica are the proud owners of this family established business. Juan Aispuro has been in the restaurant business since 1988 when he opened the doors to his very first restaurant in partnership with his brother Casey. Between 1988 and 1996 they managed to open four successful hamburger stores in Orange County. Unfortunately, in 1996 Casey passed away, but Juan Aispuro continued their legacy and their dreams to one day open a Mexican Grill. Those dreams became a reality in 2006 when the Aispuro family first opened the doors to Chilitos Mexican Grill. Since then they have been a thriving family business. With their meats prepared and marinated the night before and charbroiled every morning, the beans and rice cooked fresh daily, and six different salsas prepared fresh every morning, there is no wonder why the customers keep coming back for more.
